Custom Wedding Cakes

Here at Sue Jacobs Cakes, we specialize in wedding cakes, from small & petit for your intimate gathering or a grand finale for the event of the year. Whatever size you need, we can guarantee it will be made with the freshest, finest ingredients. We use Callebaut Chocolates©, European butter, fresh eggs and pure vanilla.

We use Italian Meringue Buttercream to finish all our classic cakes. It is made from fresh egg whites cooked with sugar. All our wedding cakes and desserts are made from scratch, in accordance to your wishes. 

We offer cake consultations for weddings serving 50 people or more. We ask that you please limit your tasting to two people as we are limited on space. Wedding cake consultations are $50 for a 45 minute consultation, however if you choose to go with us, that fee will be put towards your deposit, which is an additional $50.00 for a total of $100.00.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding, Once booked, you will be put in our calendar and you will receive a copy of our signed contract. 

During the tasting, you will receive samples of some of our most popular cake and fillings, as well as our delicious Vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream that we use to finish our cakes.
